Mrs. Marcia Mihalovic- Director of Student Life

It is a privilege and honor to introduce myself, Marcia Mihalovic, (aka “Mrs. M.”) This will be my second year as St. Stan’s Director of Student Life.

Learning, teaching, mentoring, and volunteering have been my God given “work” for over 25 years.  My life’s journey began in Wisconsin, growing up in LaCrosse, moving to West Salem, and then returning to LaCrosse to seek my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (Grades 1-8 in Wisconsin, 1-6 in Minnesota) and a minor in Speech/ Communication from UW-L.

I began my teaching career working with students in upper elementary, primarily with grades 4-6. During that time I also taught elementary art and coordinated faith formation classes. For several years prior to coming to Winona, I taught preschool/school readiness classes at St. Charles Borromeo.

This summer I began the process of pursuing my masters in Educational Counseling through Winona State University.

In March, 2016, my husband, Kevin Mihalovic, and I celebrated 25 years of marriage. We have three daughters, Kasey (21), Madison (19), and MaKenzi (16), and a son-in-'"love", Jacob. Fortunately for this mom, Kasey and Madison are both pursuing their higher education at Winona State University. How I love having them close by!

In my free time I love to teach Bible studies for women, go for long walks with our 15 year old "puppy", Junie B. Jones, and spend time celebrating life with our beautiful family.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns, questions, suggestions, or prayer requests.  You may contact me by school phone, or email ( Most generally I can be found in Room 107. The door is always open.  I look forward to meeting you and joining you in partnership as we work together (with Christ) to champion for His beloved children.
